This concept is about to meet all the needs of one person and offer all the necessary things for living. The bathroom is actually hidden inside of the furniture and nobody will ever notice it. The line between functionality and conservation is really vague here.

However, I hope everything is thoroughly thought over here considering moisture level and odours, otherwise living in such a flat can be a nightmare.
