Gareth Neal Craftsmanship and Funky Furniture

Gareth Neal is an awesome London furniture designer who presents amazing pieces of furniture. His chairs and tables are incredibly layered. The designer has his own studio. Most of his works are made from wood and steel. Just one look at the following objects shows that Neal used the process of milling for creating them.

The item I liked the most is a capillary side table from oak. It looks like a million of legs dancing all day long. Would you like to join them?

The second thing I would die for is a console table. I guess “back to basics” is exactly the phrase we can apply to this table.

And the third thing I like here is a “Anne” console table from American Walnut.

Scroll Table is one of the most unusual inventions ever. The idea behind this table is to draw attention of people to great Italian artists and to pay tribute to their masterpieces. The table comes in two versions, each one contains seven motifs of the handprinted version. You will never get bored with such a table since you can choose any pictures simply by turning a handle, and a new motif will appear under the crystal surface. Once you have chosen the right motif the others will immediately disappear.

The following chair is designed by Timorous Beasties and all fabric options are either digital or hand-printed. Fatih Can is a young Turkish furniture designer. Unfortunately, we don’t know a lot about him, the only one thing that is evident he loves free and futuristic things. I love his space saving designs, since they are especially effective in our small apartments and houses.

”Have a special dinner” concepts will be of great use for those who don’t have extra meters in an apartment. It is a kind of dinner table, chair and lamp combination that comes in an unusual colour decision – blue and white plastic with yummy/comfy pillows.

And in the next 20 hours it can be simply a cute and small shining white ball.
