Also, you can try to find some pieces via Internet, although it can be a little bit expensive.

Before buying really expensive furniture in Victorian style, it is better to read some special books in order to be ready to find out whether it is genuine. Some people try to sell items as antiques and in order them to look like ancient and old ones they use crackle or color washes on furniture.

As a conclusion I would like to tell you, that collecting antique Victorian furniture is not only an expensive and nice hobby but a very profitable investment as well.
